Subject: Follow-Up on Last Meeting & Proposed Dates for Next Appointment
Dear Team,
I hope this email finds you well.
Thank you all for attending the meeting we had Thursday. It was a productive session, and I believe we made significant progress addressing the key issues on the project. The discussion the afternoon was particularly valuable as it helped clarify our next steps moving forward.
As we look ahead, I’d like to propose some possible dates for our next meeting. Could everyone please check their availability the following days?
Monday, September 18th the morning
Wednesday, September 20th 2:00 PM
Friday, September 22nd the afternoon
Please let me know which of these options works best for you, or if you have any other suggestions a different time. I’d like to finalise the meeting details the end of this week so that we can stay on track with our project timeline to finish the end of September.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Jen Tandy
